Diploma in Kalary Massage program aims at giving deep knowledge to the students about sports massage style in Kalary Tradition. Kalary is a martial art method which is originated in Kerala and practiced several centuries. Kalary Massages and martial arts practice are still very popular in south Indian culture, which is a part of Ayurveda tradition. The oils are prepared by the practitioner and its slightly different than the Ayurveda classical preparation methods. Ayurveda clinics and hospitals now a days depends these medicines for sports injuries as it is very effective in joint and bone injuries. The Kalary approach is totally different hence this is practicing only in Kerala. It needs years of hard training to become a proper Kalary Martial Art expert. Here we learn only the massage styles one iswith feet and the other with hands like in Abhyanga.
